Ingredients

Filling

  • 5 cups Fresh Peaches ripe
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar adjust based on sweetness of peaches
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch for thickening
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon ground

Crust

  • 1 pie crust Pie Crust homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons Butter dot on top before baking

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the pie crust into your pie dish.
  • Peel and slice the fresh peaches into thin wedges and toss with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
  • Fill the prepared crust with the peach mixture, dotting with butter on top.
  • Cover with another crust or create a lattice top, sealing edges well.
  • Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
  • Cool the pie on a wire rack for at least an hour before slicing.

Notes
