Ingredients

For the Fish

  • 1 pound Fresh White Fish Choose flaky varieties like cod or tilapia.
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning

For the Slaw

  • 2 cups Cabbage Slaw Use red cabbage for its vibrant color.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup Cilantro Lime Sauce Mix sour cream with cilantro and lime juice.

For Assembly

  • 8 pieces Flour Tortillas
  • 1 medium Avocado Slices
  • 2 pieces Lime Wedges

Preparation

  • Pat dry your fresh white fish fillets and generously season all sides with taco seasoning.
  • Dredge the seasoned fillets in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry each side for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss shredded red cabbage with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  • In a blender, combine sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
