  • 1 pound Thinly Sliced Beef (Flank or Sirloin) feel free to use chicken or tofu
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Green Onions great for garnish

How to Make Irresistible Flavorful Beef Bulgogi

  • Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil until the sugar dissolves.
  • Marinate the Beef: Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or preferably overnight.
  • Heat Grill or Skillet: Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Cook the Beef: Add the marinated beef in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  • Add Green Onions: Toss in the sliced green onions and stir-fry for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds. Pair with rice or wrap in lettuce.
