  • 2 tablespoons Jerk Seasoning Adjust heat level based on preference
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin recommended for best flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used for stronger flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika recommended

For the Mojo Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Cilantro Fresh, rinsed and chopped; can substitute with parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the fresh cauliflower florets with olive oil and jerk seasoning until fully coated.
  • Spread the seasoned florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
  • While baking, blend cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
  • Once the wings are golden and crispy, serve hot with the mojo sauce on the side.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top for a vibrant garnish. Consider marinating the cauliflower for an hour for enhanced flavor.
