Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet with olive oil for 6-7 minutes per side.
  • In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth, then fold in fresh spinach.
  • Shred or dice the cooked chicken and mix into the creamy spinach mixture.
