Instructions

Basic Instructions

  • Clean the fresh mushrooms thoroughly and slice them evenly. Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Combine the mushrooms, garlic, paprika, and dill in the pot. Cook until the mushrooms brown and juices release.
  • Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes to form a thick base.
  • Gradually stir in the vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley.
