  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoons Honey opt for pure honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder adjust based on spice tolerance
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

For the Vegetables

  • 2 cups Bell Peppers any variety
  • 1 piece Red Onion soaked in water to tone down sharpness
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves optional

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin recommended
