How to Make Irresistible Quick Steak and Rich Blue Cheese Salad

  • Season your chosen steak with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, then sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for a lovely medium-rare finish.
  • Once cooked, transfer the steak to a cutting board and allow it to rest for 5 minutes to lock in the juices.
