  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard high-quality preferred

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Whisk together the glaze in a small bowl: combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the salmon fillets with the honey mustard mixture and place them in the greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
