Instructions

Dough Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Slowly add cold water, mix until a dough forms, then divide into two discs and chill for 30 minutes.

Dough Rolling
