Steps to Make

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking, creating the perfect environment for your meatballs to bake beautifully.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions for about 3-4 minutes until translucent, then add the garlic for one minute until it's wonderfully fragrant.
  • Combine in a large bowl the ground turkey, sautéed onions and garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, poultry seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overmixing.
  • Shape the turkey mixture into 1-inch meatballs using wet hands to prevent sticking. Place them on a greased baking sheet.
  • Mix the cranberry sauce with any additional seasonings you like. Spread this mixture generously over the meatballs.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
