How to Make Irresistible Crispy Parmesan Chicken Skewers

  • Prepare Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped herbs until smooth and well combined.
  • Marinate Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks. Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring every piece is coated. Allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • Skewer Chicken: Preheat your grill or oven broiler to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  • Grill or Broil Chicken: Place the skewers on the grill or under the broiler. Cook each side for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
