  • 1 jar Green Olives Pitted

For the Filling

  • 1 cup Pimento Cheese Store-bought or homemade

For the Coating

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Plain or seasoned
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten

For Frying

  • 2 cups Cooking Oil Vegetable or canola
