  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

For the Gnocchi and Greens

  • 1 pound Gnocchi homemade or store-bought
  • 3 cups Spinach or Kale feel free to swap with other greens

For the Finish

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

  • Gather all your goodies—chop chicken into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, and have your gnocchi ready for use.
  • In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil and a pat of butter over medium heat, then cook the chicken until it's golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is beautifully seared, stir in the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until it’s fragrant and slightly golden.
  • Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently to combine; allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens a tad.
