  • 2 cups Spinach or Kale chopped

For the Finish

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the fresh garlic.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and cook until golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  • Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Gradually pour in the heavy cream while stirring. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Stir in the gnocchi and your choice of spinach or kale. Cook until the gnocchi is tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top, mixing until it’s melted and blended into the sauce.
