Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish by giving it a light coat of nonstick spray.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Chop them into bite-sized pieces and do the same with the fresh broccoli.
  • Layer diced chicken evenly at the bottom of the baking dish, followed by the broccoli florets and thinly sliced potatoes.
  • Mix the cream of chicken soup in a separate bowl with a splash of water or milk until smooth. Pour this over the layers in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese generously on top and add a dash of paprika.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes.
