  • Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth, leaving a few chunks for texture.

  • Whisk melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract together until well-blended.
  • Mix the wet ingredients with the mashed bananas, then fold in the dry ingredients.
  • Pour half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, add remaining batter, and top with more cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
