For the Bread

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped bacon until crispy for about 5-7 minutes. Remove it and let drain on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, cook cubed chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions. Stir until well combined.
  • Take your bread loaf and cut off the top lengthwise. Hollow out some insides carefully.
  • Fill the hollow loaf with the cheesy chicken mixture, packing it in well.
  • Place the stuffed bread on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Allow cooling for a couple of minutes before slicing. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
