  • 1 can Canned Pumpkin Puree 100% pure for best flavor
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar adds richness to filling
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream for creamy texture
  • 2 large Eggs to bind filling
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon freshly ground for best flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg freshly ground for best flavor

For the Topping

  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce store-bought or homemade

Instructions

How to Make

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, heavy cream, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared crust and smooth out lumps with a spatula.
  • Bake for approximately 50 minutes until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the pie after cooling slightly.
  • Let the pie cool completely before slicing.
