  • 4 fillets Tilapia Fresh, skinless fillets
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Essential for crunch
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs Chopped parsley and thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or replace with fresh garlic

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or drizzle with olive oil.

  • Pat tilapia fillets dry, dip in olive oil, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place coated fillets on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
